I was at Gaurdian yesterday(ok.. I purposely went there yesterday), to get their Activa Blosson Bust Enhancement Cream, it came with 1 Self-Heating Mask for the breast as well. I've put my first application on last night after shower, and another this morning.. It states there that one should see/feel result in about 2-4 weeks... Fingers crossed!
