Diets Dun Work!

I've been on lots of weight loss programmes and diets during the last 15 years of my life..

The ones that works best for me, are;
1. Starving myself.
2. Make myself throw up after meals.
3. Out dancing 5 times a week, getting on the dance floor at 10 and dun get off till 3 in the morning.
By doing that I actually lost 15 kgs, but I could never manage to keep it off.. Since I've been married and with 2 little children, I can't be starving myself again, or throwing up, or out partying till late...

I was 52kgs before I got pregnant. I managed to put on 25kgs while carrying my dear daughter, and she was only 2.8kgs, hehehe, you can imagine how much weight I still had on me to loose after delivering her. They said that breastfeeding helps to lose all the baby fat, er... didn't do it for me! I was 65kgs till I stopped breastfeeding, then I managed to lose 3 more kgs b4 I got pregnant again with my dear son. With him I had bad morning sickness and couldn't eat much, so I had only put on 12 kgs carrying him and he was 3.2kgs. So it wasn't long till I went back to the weight of 63kgs.

Well, he is now 1 1/2 year old and I'm still at 63kgs. I am so sick of being over weight. Can't buy any nice clothes, low self esteem, no sex life, basically NOT ME!

And this is when I saw Isobel, a customer of mine, she had lost 8 kgs in 2 months, for someone that is impatient like I am, I want results fast .. and that, was music to my ears..
