Well.. I haven't been craving for food this week, think my body is getting use to having all these goodness. But then in saying that I have been cheating quite a bit really.. becoz of the rellies (10 course mealsssss) and travelling, I have been on and off the nutrition programme. So I haven't lost as much as I hoped too.. weight that is, but I've pretty much lost all my upper abdominal fat, and it's pretty noticable..
It's Great!!! It's only been 2 weeks.. I've lost more in 2 weeks than I have in years!!!
