Week 3
OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!! You are not going to believe this!!!! I LOST 2 kgs in 3 days!!! OK .. I cheated.. I was not suppose to weight myself so often... but my pants were getting loose!! I HAD TO!! hehehe I thought becoz I haven't been following my programme that I wouldn't loose much.. BUT I WAS WRONG!!! I have goose bumps everytime I think about it!!!

Week 2
Well.. I haven't been craving for food this week, think my body is getting use to having all these goodness. But then in saying that I have been cheating quite a bit really.. becoz of the rellies (10 course mealsssss) and travelling, I have been on and off the nutrition programme. So I haven't lost as much as I hoped too.. weight that is, but I've pretty much lost all my upper abdominal fat, and it's pretty noticable..
It's Great!!! It's only been 2 weeks.. I've lost more in 2 weeks than I have in years!!!

Week 1
Today marks the end of the first week of this 'diet' ...
Isobel was kind enough to come around to do some new measurements...
I've lost 1.2kgs....3 cm around my waist and bum, but no where else.. So it's a good start! It's always been really hard for me to loose anything off my bottom half.
It was pretty hard the first few days... detoxing and alat l. I am a lazy person by nature, I don't drink much water becoz I'm too lazy to go to the toilet! :p So most I would only drink 1 liter of water.. With this 'diet' I have been drinking up to 2.5 liters of water, so you can imagine me going to the toilet every 15 mins, at times I would go every 10 mins!! The things we do for beauty huh? :)
The other thing that is great about this 'diet' is the support I get with it. I don't think I would have lasted that long if it wasn't for the ppl behind guiding me thru and supporting me all the way!

The start of this new 'diet'
After hearing that Isobel had lost 8 kgs within 2 months.. I NEED to find out how she did it!! Other than swimming or dancing, I CHOOSE not to do anything else for exercise! So with me working 7 days a week, and no local dance club in this little town, sigh.. NO exercise for me!
I just HAD to find out how she did it.. so I made an appointment to meet up with her after my work, at 8pm, her place for her to teach me how this 'diet' work. I was so relieve to hear that I don't have to do any exercises, unless if I want to.. :)
So tonight, Isobel took my weight, my height, some measurement, ie, my bust, waist, butt, thigh, arm and neck. And according to her calculation, my fat percentage is 36%, which is not good, obviously, and that my ideal weight is 53kgs.
I just HAD to find out how she did it.. so I made an appointment to meet up with her after my work, at 8pm, her place for her to teach me how this 'diet' work. I was so relieve to hear that I don't have to do any exercises, unless if I want to.. :)

Diets Dun Work!
I've been on lots of weight loss programmes and diets during the last 15 years of my life..
The ones that works best for me, are;
1. Starving myself.
2. Make myself throw up after meals.
3. Out dancing 5 times a week, getting on the dance floor at 10 and dun get off till 3 in the morning.
By doing that I actually lost 15 kgs, but I could never manage to keep it off.. Since I've been married and with 2 little children, I can't be starving myself again, or throwing up, or out partying till late...
I was 52kgs before I got pregnant. I managed to put on 25kgs while carrying my dear daughter, and she was only 2.8kgs, hehehe, you can imagine how much weight I still had on me to loose after delivering her. They said that breastfeeding helps to lose all the baby fat, er... didn't do it for me! I was 65kgs till I stopped breastfeeding, then I managed to lose 3 more kgs b4 I got pregnant again with my dear son. With him I had bad morning sickness and couldn't eat much, so I had only put on 12 kgs carrying him and he was 3.2kgs. So it wasn't long till I went back to the weight of 63kgs.
Well, he is now 1 1/2 year old and I'm still at 63kgs. I am so sick of being over weight. Can't buy any nice clothes, low self esteem, no sex life, basically NOT ME!
